Refund Policy

• All returns including exchanges & returns for a refund must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
• Regarding our 30-day Refund Policy, it is the buyer’s responsibility to afford the return shipping cost.
• The returning shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility except for wrong items or defective items.
• Before returning the item(s) back to us, please contact us to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Without the return receipt with the RMA number will cause a delay to process the refund & exchange.
• If the item is returned after 30 days, no refund will be issued.
• If the item is returned due to ‘Wrong Address’, ‘Unclaimed’, ‘Undeliverable’ or ‘Refused’, the Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
• The returns including refund & exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the item back.
• If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item(s), we will be fully responsible for the returning shipping cost.

Please contact us before requesting a return of any package. We will provide you with detailed return instructions. In case the returned items are lost without the tracking number, we are not responsible for a refund or exchange.

In case the returned item is lost or missing, the tracking must be shown as ‘Delivered’ to our return department’s zip code to be covered.

Any missing packages or damaged or defective items must be claimed within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.
